Dispatch
In most instances your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed, and payment received. Please note that we are closed at weekends, so orders placed during a weekend will usually be sent on the Monday. Should there be any circumstances out of our control that could affect your delivery (eg a Postal Strike), we will contact you accordingly. If we have not been in touch and you have not received your from us within 10 days, please drop us an email to sales@happy-daze.net with full details of your order.

For orders up to £40.00 we charge £1.95
For orders over £40.00 P&P is FREE.
First Class
For orders up to £40.00 we charge £2.45
For orders over £40.00 P&P is FREE.
European Shipping
For orders up to £20.00 we charge £4.50
For orders up to £50.00 we charge £6.00
For orders over £50.00 we charge £4.00
International Shipping
For orders up to £20.00 we charge £7.50
For orders up to £50.00 we charge £12.00
For orders over £50.00 we charge £10.00
Stock
Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. We do not operate a back order facility at present. Should an item be out of stock when you order, it will be necessary for you to reorder it at a later date.
If there is a specific item that you would like to purchase that is not in stock, please e-mail us at info@happy-daze.net and we will notify you when we are able to restock it.
