How to Shop with Happy Daze
Please note that products are offered for sale on this site as an ‘invitation to treat’ and an order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between you (the customer), and us (Happy Daze) unless and until we accept your order. This is deemed to be the point at which goods are dispatched from us to you.
Browse the site and add any products you wish to purchase into your shopping basket. You may visit your basket at any time during your shopping session to amend quantities or delete items. You will also be able to see your current basket total throughout your shopping session. When you are ready to check out, you will need to confirm your order, select your preferred method of payment
You may only purchase products from this site if you are over 18.
Payment

- Paypal E Cheque
- Personal Cheque
- Postal Order
- Bank Transfer
Credit Cards and Debit Cards via Paypal
You do not need a Paypal account to take advantage of this payment option. The shop's checkout will forward you to Paypal where transactions are made confidentially and directly with them on their secure server. Under no circumstances will Happy Daze receive a copy of your card details. If paying by via Paypal, you will be forwarded to the secure Paypal website, where Paypal will process your payment.
Paypal eCheque
Your goods will not be dispatched to you until your eCheque has cleared. This usually takes between 7-9 days.
Postal Orders and Cheques
Postal orders and personal cheques should be made payable to Happy Daze Ltd. These should be sent with a print-out of your order to the address on the contact details form within 5 working days from the date of order online
It is vital that your name, address and telephone number together with your cheque card number should be written on the back of the cheque. You will be notified when your cheque or postal order has arrived with Happy Daze. Please allow up to 5 working days after this for processing and clearance of the payment in our bank account. If this is successful, you will then receive an email to confirm dispatch of goods. This dispatch email confirms acceptance of your order and it is at this point that the agreement becomes a binding contract.
Bank Transfer
Please email us at info@happy-daze.net if you wish to pay by electronic bank transfer and we will send you the information you will require.
If your payment is not honoured, we reserve the right to take all legal steps to recover monies owed and the expenses incurred in doing so.
Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. For various reasons, items may become temporarily out of stock. If any products that you have ordered are out of stock, we will refund the sum that has been paid or debited from your credit card for such goods. We do not back order items for you if they are out of stock, you will need to order them again at a later date.
Prices
Happy Daze is not a VAT registered company. Therefore, we can neither provide VAT receipts nor deduct UK Value Added Tax.
Returns
Items delivered in Error
If you receive items you did not order please email us at sales@happy-daze.net explaining the situation. Please keep all packaging and we will then arrange the return of these goods and delivery of any outstanding items within 10 days.
Damaged or Faulty Goods or Goods Becoming Faulty After Purchase
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. Goods that are faulty or not as described can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us for a Return Authorisation number and we will issue you with a Returns Form that must accompany the goods being returned in order for us. We will replace the goods at no charge or refund any money paid for the goods and postage. We do not accept liability for returned items dispatched to us, but not received, or returned items being damaged in transit. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting.
Please note that the verification process for faults may mean we have to send the item back to the manufacturer and this may affect the time required to replace or refund the item. We always seek to resolve the matter within 30 days.
Please do not return an item without contacting us first. Images of product on our website are for guidance only. Colour may vary when viewing the item on different monitors.
Goods Damaged in Transit
All deliveries are sent out in perfect condition in packaging that adequately protects the products ordered. We are unable to accept liability for items damaged in transit. Should you receive a delivery from us that is damaged, it would be useful for you to photograph the damaged packaging before opening it. If appropriate a claim for compensation would need to be submitted to Royal Mail.
Complaints
Any complaint should in the first instance be made to us at sales@happy-daze.net.
- We will log and acknowledge the complaint within 3 working days.
- We will undertake an investigation into the complaint. We may need to contact your for further details at this time.
- We would seek to complete, and report, on our investigation within 12 working days from the acknowledgement being issued.
